3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via SMS or Email/WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number on the courier company’s website to track your parcel in real-time.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers across Pakistan.

Please ensure your full address, nearest landmark, and active phone number are provided at checkout to avoid delivery delays.

Courier riders will attempt delivery up to 2-3 times. Please ensure someone is available at the address to receive the parcel and make the payment.
5. Undelivered / Returned Shipments
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, inactive phone number, or customer unavailability, the parcel will be returned to our fulfillment center.

Re-shipping the parcel will incur additional delivery charges.
